How much does it cost?
The cost of a ticket is $50 if you purchase in October, $60 if you purchase in November or December, and $70 if you purchase in January. And, that price includes a steak dinner! So, to save money, be sure to buy your ticket soon!
How do I buy a ticket?
Each person is responsible for buying their own ticket. You can do this at www.johnnyhuntmensconference.com. Please be sure to buy a ticket that has a meal, and select the 5:15 PM dining option.
What are the plans for transportation?
We are planning to take the church bus. If you would like to ride with us, please reserve your spot by using the link at the top of this page.
Where are we sleeping?
If you would like to save a few dollars, there will be a group of guys who will be sleeping at a local church (this is Pastor Reid's home church). If you choose this option, just be sure to bring an air mattress and a towel (there are showers at the church). However, there are a few guys who would rather sleep in a hotel. If that's you, please contact our Children's Pastor, Scott Crouch by clicking HERE. He will organize the hotel rooms, and make sure that y'all are at one hotel instead of being scattered around the city.
Will we need money for anything else?
Yes. You will need money for three meals (lunch on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday).
When are we leaving, and when will we be back?
Please meet in the church parking lot at 9:45 AM on Friday morning, February 2nd. We hope to leave by 10:00 AM. We will be home on Saturday, February 3rd around dinner.
